Negatives:
I booked online and my reservation went through. When I got there they started kicking out the guests due to some issues in the building. If that was the case why did they make a reservation and they even took my money. Very disappointing. I understand this was a time where you couldn't really predict what could happen after the hurricane, but they could have handled the situation a bit more professionally.
