The pool area was full of beer bottles and people smoking, not just cigarettes. The elevator was broken, and the room had clothes left by previous guests. The room itself was poorly cleaned. Our room was not in the main hotel, which was not mentioned when we booked. It was located in a building that was a connected add-on.

So we check in on a late Thursday around midnight. My wife’s birthday was Saturday so Friday we spent the entire day out shopping. Got back to the hotel around 4pm we showered changed clothes and didn’t return to the hotel until 5Am the next day . Go to check out and notice there was an extra charge taken out my deposit for $40 . I go to dispute because

Hotel was secure, one way in and out.
The one bedroom suite was very comfortable. The pool was big & clean .
A big thank you to our waiter. At breakfast our waiter informed my 8 yr old granddaughter they were out of chocolate milk, yet he had chocolate syrup so he made her some!

I did not care for the attitude of the woman who checked us in.
She came across that we, our needs, comfort or our even choosing to stay with Wyndham as unimportant.
The man there helping her on the other hand was accommodating and was kind enough to heat my little granddaughters happy meal for her because the rooms do not have a microwave.
He was cheerful and accommodating.
You should hire more like him. He values people and people are your business.
We were there due to my son’s serious medical care (brain cancer) and he also aquired serious sciatic issues and struggled to walk. She was told about it by me and she saw him struggling just walking into the lobby, The room was very far and we were not allowed to park close to our assigned room. In section C.
