Positives: The housekeeper that came today was very sweet. Mostly everyone was nice except for one lady and her son or nephew.
Negatives: The little Indian woman at the front desk has an atrocious attitude. She's lies to people that are staying here and tells them that they have to leave cuz there's a law that says people cannot stay in a hotel for more than 30 days. She's blatantly lying to people so that they don't have to give them their taxes back. It's very very shady. She didn't do it to me because I know the law. I will never return to this property. It was very unwelcoming unprofessional unsanitary and the microwave is Rusty the one in my other room didn't work there's no irons. They lock the laundry room at night so you can't do your laundry. They told me that I had to put a $50 pet deposit down when on the policy it says that they can not charge a fee until after you leave to see if there are damages. I stayed here for about 3 weeks and they complained and yelled at me everyday for something or another. The only issue they had with me was paying a little late on two occasions. Other than that they had no reason to complain. I work at a hotel I know how it things are supposed to work. This place is very shady. The little lady threw her key cards at another guest yesterday. Today when I woke up I was sick and I needed to go to my other hotel to check in but I wasn't able to and because I was too sick to move. I offered to give her a late check out fee of 30 to $40 and she said no. I had to have a friend move my stuff for me I'm sitting here as we speak while he moves all of my stuff because I am unable to. I already booked another hotel yesterday because I had had enough. I never write these types of things whenever I do a review for a hotel. I always try to stick to the positive. But my whole experience here has been negative I even lied the first time I said something I was trying to give a good review to maybe soften them. They are hardcore mean rude people. You should not have allowed them in your chain of hotels. They overcharge and under...
