This facility was very clean and the pool and outdoor area was by far the most inviting. The only drawback was little parking at the entrance as well as no drive up check in convenience without blocking parked cars.
The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to all guests.
Negatives:
The lack of parking at the entrance and no drive up check in convenience. Also the toilet and shower room in our room was very small, not at all convenient for a parent helping a child and very small with the door and toilet actually.

Hair in shower, damaged toilet seat, not enough bedding in the room for the pull out beds and staff never brought any.

Room was big. Comfortable bed. Good quality wifi.

Staff was very unprofessional. At the check in time i have even been asked my profession. I was also requested to give a business card without proper explanation like if it was common practice. Breakfast is poor and not re filled in the morning. The last day there were alors nothing and the front desk were busier chatting than taking care of the guests and check if all was ok in the breakfast area. For such a price we could expect better service. On top of this there is no water in the breakfast room. You have to buy complimentary bottles at 3 dollars each. Finally I had to argue during 5 minutes at the check out to get the invoice!! I have never experimented that but the cashier was telling me it was impossible for her to issue an invoice as I booked via a third party booking.com. After insisting several times she finally did it telling me a crap story saying she had to tweak the system to make it print. Such a lie. Very disappointing service! And quite unbelievable.
