We didn’t get to use facilities. Kiddo was in ICU the whole time. However, I forgot her name because I’m terrible with names. However, the lady at the front desk is one of the most genuine, kind and good hearted people that I have ever met. Our dead bolt came untaped and was dysfunctional which locked us out of the room. Santos was very helpful and fixed our issue quickly. The Brazilian gentleman was aces too. It’s very rare you come across staff this respectful and customer oriented. I hope they all receive the recognition they deserve, especially the lady at the front desk.

That I could have slept there and used the facility lol. Unfortunately, our stay was wasted due to unfortunate circumstances and using our room at Cooks Children’s.
