Location, parking garage, size of room.
Negatives:
No water pressure. Shower walls had some stains. Room appeared clean, but had a stale odor.. as if no cleaning supplies have been used in a good while.. or filters have gone unchanged. Lack of seating.. maybe add a small sofa or something.

The entire stay was pretty average at best. However, the staff was very friendly.
Negatives:
When I booked online, it stated that breakfast was included in the price, but upon arrival I realized that it was not included. The cost of breakfast was $10.95 for what was described as a ‘buffet’. The $10.95 “buffet” consisted of cereal, eggs, bacon, biscuits, and 2 different types of fruit. Anything else is charged as ‘a la carte’! Also, the rooms were decent but the bathroom was not the cleanest.
