If the stated non smoking...
Positives:
Breakfast consisted of a pop tart or granola bar and I had to ask the receptionist for it.
Negatives:
Drain in bathtub wasn’t draining well, standing water while showering. Hairdryer doesn’t work. Room had an unpleasant odor. Front lobby smelled like sewage. Stairwells were nasty, looked like they had never been cleaned as well as the elevator.

I experience BIG COCK ROACHES and it very noisy disruptive people who stay there.. they don’t value others peace and privacy. And nothing is done about it by the staff.

Did not clean the room in all my stay ( front desk mentioned they clean the rooms every 3 days but never did... Room cleaner took a personal effect (which was returned when confronted) but nobody in front desk seemed to mind when I requested to call a supervisor.

Negatives:
The amount of stains on the bed and sheets upon arrival. The fact that all of our towels were dirty and it smelt disgusting throughout the property. Don’t like the kiosk when there was a worker, and breakfast was absolutely garbage. Granola and pop tarts? Really.
