The room we stayed in was extremely cold. We tried to adjust the heat. We called the Front Desk several times asking them to resolve the situation. The problem was resolved the second night. We were moved to another room where we could control the heat. Requested a partial refund for the first night of inconvenience and discomfort.

There was a bug in our room on the second night of our stay. The staff moved us to another room however our stay was uncomfortable due to my wife being scared there may be a bug in the room we were in also.

I think the cookie was good! The staff was very friendly and welcomed us every time we would come to the lobby. Centrally located.

I wouldve liked the coffee bar to be open in the evening. It could have more healthy options and small snacks on the menu. The rooms were dark and old. Shower was not great.

We got there late last night, and had supper. My chicken Caesar salad had moldy cheese. The waitress was awesome though and took the salad off my bill which I told her wasnt necessary but she insisted. We had some sort of a cricket in our room that started chirping very loudly all night. We believe it came from a small hole in the base of the wall. (Room 260) And the vents need a good cleaning, and the room could have been dusted. And overall, the hotel just felt old and outdated.
