The staff were kind and helpful. The location was good. The pool was great and had a shallow area for small kids. The beds were comfortable and there was a nearby gas station.
Negatives:
The sliding glass door to the outside didn't actually lock properly, it could be "locked" using a damaged metal piece. The hotel was not all that well maintained. We were not able to make the hot water work in our shower.

Elizabeth, Is the nicest front desk person. I called ahead a time she made sure I was all checked in and had my keys ready for me when I got to the hotel. She is very helpful, kind, respectful and always has a welcoming smiling face on her.
Negatives:
I did not like how Artuo came to my room accused me that people were complaining about my dog barking when she did not bark at all she is a service dog that does not bat

The staff at the Double...
Positives:
Close to the airport and there is airport shuttle service. Room is clean and well supplied.
Negatives:
Rang the front desk for the shuttle service but there was a loop/no one answering, which eventually made me gave up on calling and get a taxi instead.
No wifi account. I went to the front desk hoping to resolve the issue. They said it was a system problem and tried to fix it by making a second reservation for me again. Nope, still no wifi for the whole stay. Likely due to this 2nd (fake) reservation, my card was charged again, which caused my account to be negative and on the risk of being closed! I wrote an email to the manager to raise the problem and requested for a refund. No reply.

Positives:
We arrived late after travel delays and were greeted warmly by the hotel staff. The ladies were very kind and efficient and offered us warm cookies.
Negatives:
All three of us noticed the rooms smelled very must, almost like mold. It wasn’t a faint smell. It was a heavy smell of mustiness. The thermostat was not clean. Looked grimy. The rest of the room was clean though. You can tell this property has just slapped paint over anything they want to cover up. I would not stay here again.
