Blake was awesome and made an effort to accommodate me. The rest of the team and morning manager also did great work. Overall recommend this place for the staff, 24/7 gym, and good restaurants nearby. Also free shuttle to and from DFW.

Upon check in the shift supervisor charged me 2 times more than he should’ve. He then lied and said he couldn’t see what I could see in my banking application and I would have to wait until a member of management was there to assist.
I later found out that he was the shift manager by someone who worked under him and was able to see the charges. The gaslighting, not taking responsibility, lying and tying my funds was enough to ruin my travel which is unfortunate because I travel there to work monthly.

Getting off the elevator on 2nd floor - the wave of stench from someone smoking was very heavy. The stench stayed during my whole stay. Inside my room, the smell was heavy with spices from a prior renter in my room.
