The staff was rude, over priced for what you get the a/c didn’t cool the room at all was hot the entire time there. Then at 11:30 the hotel gave another person the same room key as me and they tried to enter my room as I slept

That the maintence guy was nice that tried to fix the air and brought us fans.
Negatives:
The air was not working in the room well the guy said it was working but it was not cooling the room so we burned up all night and day. I had to call the front desk 3 times before anyone even came to help at all. They never called to see if it was taken care of thank god for the maitence man because he brought us 2 fans so atleast we could try and make it thru the night. We will never stay here again and i will tell everyone i know not to stay there. The worst hotel ive stayed at in 33 years.

Customer service was horrible. I made reservations online and when I arrived , I was given a room that someone else was already in. The front desk manager never apologized. They gave me another room that wasn’t like I reserved, and at checkout that room was in someone else’s name. The phone didn’t work in the room that was given to me the second time. The couch was ripped as well as the headboards. I asked for a receipt at check out and the young lady told me that she couldn’t give me one. I will not stay here again!!!!!

The hotel was overbooked and they did not have a room for us. This was not communicated in advance, we wasted money on transportation to get there, and stood in line for 30 minutes to be told we needed to go somewhere else. I don’t know who bears more responsibility between the hotel and booking.com. Seems to be a miss by both parties.

Being charged for parking during our stay. It is crazy that we were guests who paid for our stay. This is a fee that will make me think twice in the future before booking.
