Negatives: Price way too high for a bed and hot water. No courtesy shampoo or soap. They were very firm on a 3:00 pm check-in when I requested a 2:50 pm check-in. No plug in bathtub for a bath and shower only a drizzle. Called to request a wake-up call, and the receptionist did not know what that was (did not receive a call). Then, I was charged a $1 fee for calling the operator. But it was clean!
