Terrible customer service (front desk person would just leave during a conversation and a few times did not come back). Also, double booked my room by also assigning it to someone else prior to my checkin and we walked into someone in the room.

I liked how clean the room was, all of the amenities, and the quietness. I loved the view of nature. The birds and squirrels were friendly. Also, the restaurant choices.

I didn't like the ceiling crack from a previous water leak, but it wasn't bad and the floor leveling needed a little repair other than that this is a nice property.

Positives:
Some parts are looking a bit rundown but it’s clean, comfy, and good size with a full fridge, microwave and cooking facilities. And also a full size bathroom. The air conditioning works great and the bed is comfy.
Negatives:
My biggest problem was no one being on site to help after 11pm. I went to a game one night, got back and 11:10pm and my room had demagnetized and no one was answering the phone.
Also the tv remotes don’t work for me unless I was right in front of the tv which defeated the purpose. Someone came and had a look, swapped out different remotes but couldn’t explain why.

We couldn’t sleep all night because of the strong smell of weed. It seemed like someone was smoking outside our room, and the AC drew the smoke inside. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. I contacted Extended Stay America to raise a complaint, but received no response.

room had a unclean smell and bedding. old table not to clean. staff not very helpful. office hours are 7am to 11:00pm. There was no staff there to open office at 7:00am I waited for 30 minutes still no showed up. After hours call box was no help.
