It was horrible, the place smelled like ciggars and it was dirty.We found red stains all over the matress. We saw a rat running infront of us. Couldnt sleep of how disgusting the place was.

My name is Karina and I can easily say that the best part of my stay was Brenda! What a wonderful and kind lady . She works at the front desk but does everything like making sure all is clean; gives each costumer, delivery, and visitor the same courtesy. There was a blond lady( I wish I could remember her name) also that was very nice.
Negatives:
I didn’t like some of the people that stayed there. Some left the side doors open just to smoke outside. I also didn’t like the smell in the hallways (all kinds of food and dogs) some people just threw their garbage around the hotel. Some people didn’t pickup their pet’s excrements and their food cans.

Was woken up at about 1130 PM by a roach on me, and when the lights were turned on, there were a lot of roaches. I left immediately 5 hours after checking in and was told to contact the manager for a refund. I have tried to get in touch with the manager Jodi 6 times, and I have not received one returned call or my refund. I did tell the staff that i have videos and photos of the roaches but all i get when i call is that Jodi is not available. I would not recommend this place to anyone to stay at.
