Some of your front desk staff could have been a little more friendlier . The main reason we stayed there is my husband had surgery. When I got him to the room he was a little groggyI got him into the bed and then 10 minutes later the fire alarms went off so I had to get him dressed a get him out side. This happened twice then the alarms kept going off. I went up front and asked a lady what was going on. She said one of the alarms was malfunctioning. so I didn't take my husband outside anymore. It took a long time to get it fixed.
