Positives:
The staff was amazing! So helpful and so sweet! We stayed on the 4th floor and it has been completely remodeled. I believe we were the first ones in our room! The rooms are beautiful! The only downfall was the bed wasn’t super comfy, but I just like a softer bed! The front desk helped with the trolley app, finding food and watched us walked out after informing us of someone sleeping in their car in the parking lot at night. She also told us she was calling the police because that wasn’t safe for guests. We stayed for a concert at Globe Life and it was perfect. Will definitely be back!

It’s Location was good for us
Negatives:
Gym and other facilities were basic.. gym equipments were not functional and hence was disappointing since we had time only on one day to use it. Outdoor Swimming pool was not useful since it was not possible to use it. Indoor pool would have been great, but they didn’t have one.
Breakfast options were limited with not even basic fruits like banana available. The staff didn’t even seem to care to greet or ask if anyone needed anything. Overall disappointing experience, any choice hotel would have been better instead given the costs of staying here.
