After Friday, Nov 15th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. Positives: I always enjoy staying at the Hampton Inn Hotels. Their service is great and I absolutely love the breakfast every morning.

Negatives: Usually when I arrive to my room, the a/c has been powered on ready for us to occupy, but this particular room was all hot, stuffy, and humid. So we had to turn on the AC right away and it took a bit to finally get comfortable but that was a minor flaw.
