Negatives:
There was hair in the shower and bed. No one was at check in when we arrived. Even though I was shown a menu- my breakfast was served from the buffet I was trying to avoid.

The staff was wonderful! Very caring! Very helpful! We were part of the DFW American Airlines weather issue with flight cancellations, etc.
Negatives:
We got in late the night before and didn't realize that breakfast ends at 9AM. There were 3 children in our party of seven. 9AM is a little early for non business trip customers. We took an Uber to the hotel which meant we were without a vehicle. (The staff got us to a restaurant via the courtesy bus!)
