Positives:
The staff was wonderful! Very caring! Very helpful! We were part of the DFW American Airlines weather issue with flight cancellations, etc.
Negatives:
We got in late the night before and didn't realize that breakfast ends at 9AM. There were 3 children in our party of seven. 9AM is a little early for non business trip customers. We took an Uber to the hotel which meant we were without a vehicle. (The staff got us to a restaurant via the courtesy bus!)

We were given a handicap room that needed maintenance. Neither the Coffee maker or refrigerator worked. That was bad enough, but we could hear the people above us walking back and forth most of the night do to thin floors. To this the staff wasnt interested in hearing about it or the maintenance issues.
