Good morning.
I'm writing to you today with a complaint about the hotel services, specifically, housekeeping. We stayed at room 536.
It's really embarassing for you to offer a "quality service" when it does not exist, why?
Because even though I asked for our room to be cleaned on a daily basis, nobody cared! And in any real hotel around the world, there"s no need to ask for this.
We had to clean our room, make the bed and put the garbage out for your "team" to pick It up. Really?
Since this Is not the kind of service Hilton is supposed to deliver, I ask for you yo refund the amount paid for room 536, my stay was from December 11th up to December 15th and believe It or not, this happened every single day!! You ought to have security video to double check my complaint.
I'm really looking forward to your response and proper reimbursement. It's amazing how you lie to customers through social media with the "service" you offer and the rating in Booking Is a joke.

436. The iron and the coffee machine didn’t work.
Worst thing of all, I needed to ask for my room to be cleaned!!! It’s a HOTEL and service is what we expected in every detail. Unfortunately the staff was indifferent to our complaints and needs.

Room on the small side. Also many hotels with two double beds have their bathroom sink and mirror outside of the shower/wc so that family can get ready, while someone else is in the shower.
This helps with how long it takes to get ready. Hilton do not do this, the sink was in the bathroom. :(
Breakfast was not included, I think it should have been for the price.
