Positives: 7 min uber ride from the airport and the lobby was well lit, but I never made it passed the lobby.
Negatives: I demand a full refund for this as I canceled it in person and never stayed there, but was charged for it. The man working the night shift on Saturday night/Sunday morning 7-20/7-21/24 was condescending and rude and very hard to deal with. He continually cut me off and would not let me speak, was irritated with me if I started speaking and loudly called me ma'am, then called me ma'am after each sentence to try to placate me and make me think he was bringing down the temperature, but he was insulting and assumed things about me, no tact with women, spoke down to me. You don't treat women or any guest the way he treated me. This reservation, according to Booking.com, could only be handled at the property and canceled by the property, payment only processed and accepted by the property. The man argued it was Booking.com that would handle it. After being visibly upset at how he spoke to me he agreed to try to cancel it. He said he canceled it, after a lot of stress, and yet I am still charged for this. To the property- I demand a full refund, I did not stay in your hotel, I canceled this reservation IN PERSON within 45 min after making it by mistake in a moment of stress and being stranded by the airlines. I ended up staying overnight in a dark and uncomfortable airport lobby before security opened. I had to pay a pricey car ride to get to you and then was treated poorly and had to pay to get back to the airport. It was a terrible experience. To women- single women should know how they will be treated in case they are late arrivals.
