Location easy access to freeway, landscaping was great. Great promo rate. Nancy was great.
Negatives:
We run short of towels,carpet was heavily stain ,though disguise by color. Request receptionist we needed more towel ( did not offer they were beside her desk),one bedside light NO lightbulb, 2nd room ceiling light was plug with cloth n wiring.
The same receptionist would rather sit at her chair and ignore our request x4,!!!!!
we stayed 9 days.finally when she sense we were getting aggravated,she email the housekeeper on day 8.We see her every breakfast,morning. Wonder how many office chair she replace.
Once we mention to the housekeeper with the cart by the door…says no hablo English ..ask me to call office then change her mind she will call office…nothing done!

The staff was friendly and kind.
Negatives:
Outside was not clean and when we had the room cleaned, they were not able to fulfill all services. Towels were not replaced and the floor was still sticky in kitchen. However, yesterday morning I did request towels and bedsheets to be replaced from sofa bed because when it was opened a dead bug was seen. The front desk agent said it will be delivered but never did get delivered. I took photos of the dead bug on sofa bed.

The staff was lovely and it was in a very convenient location. Lots of restaurants around and a few grocery stores.
Negatives:
The hotel had exterior facing rooms, which was not pictured in the booking. The cutlery and dishware provided were both dirty in both of the rooms I stayed in (had to relocate due to extending my stay another night). Not huge issues, but overall not what I was expecting based on the photos.
