Negatives: Run down, needs updating. Housekeeping only replaced our towel with one instead of 3.

Negatives: Outside was not clean and when we had the room cleaned, they were not able to fulfill all services. Towels were not replaced and the floor was still sticky in kitchen. However, yesterday morning I did request towels and bedsheets to be replaced from sofa bed because when it was opened a dead bug was seen. The front desk agent said it will be delivered but never did get delivered. I took photos of the dead bug on sofa bed.

Negatives: The hotel had exterior facing rooms, which was not pictured in the booking. The cutlery and dishware provided were both dirty in both of the rooms I stayed in (had to relocate due to extending my stay another night). Not huge issues, but overall not what I was expecting based on the photos.

Negatives: Our room had 5-10 mosquitoes. We got multiple bites. Made for uncomfortable stay dealing with them! Breakfast gravy was terrible-watery. Apple juice was mostly water. Coffee was cold until new was brought out. Breakfast was pretty poor.

Negatives: No elevator. No breakfast.

Negatives: The doors were open to the outside like a days inn

Negatives: Roach came in the door with me along with the strong mildew odor. Our shower didn't work. We left.

Negatives: Housekeeping and maintenance was unsatisfactory: 1. The Aircon flow of air was uneven across the rooms - one bedroom was very cold and the other rooms were warmer; The floor of the kitchenette was always wet (I suspect due to the Aircon) 2. We stayed for 5 nights and no room cleaning was done - though we were told upon check in that room cleaning is done every 3 days; 3. The phones were not working due to some maintenance work - the hotel did not consider to be their responsibility to inform customer that one of their facilities is not operational; 4. There were no pans in the kitchenette (which is standard as per the staff) - they were provided upon request. 5. The remote for of the TVs in the bedroom was missing - provided upon request; the battery for another TV remote needed to be changed. 6. Some of the doors and drawers were not closing properly or tight 7. Several cockroaches were sighted outside the room and couple were found in the room 8. The checkout staff was not in a position to provide a receipt as their printer was not working. Despite my request, I have so far not received the receipt on email (it has been more approximately 8 hours since checkout.
