Between Monday, Apr 29th, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, May 1st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, May 1st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 1, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Positives: The King Suite was spacious and very comfortable for a couple travelling with an adult daughter. We very much enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant. The complimentary breakfast was well prepared with lots of variety. The dining and breakfast room staff made certain that patrons had everything they needed, constantly replenishing everything. It was a delight to stay at this hotel, and so close to the rental car locations! Staff at the desk and on the shuttle buses were awesome!

Negatives: A tiny thing... better quality orange juice. Everything else was perfect!
