The room was a lot smaller in person than in the pictures. And when we asked for room service, they say that they did not clean the room until you leave which has never happened to me before when we asked another staff member after three days requesting they sent people to clean.

The staff was unclear and very unfriendly. We called to ask whether we can check in before 3pm because of some activities we had planned in the afternoon. After a lot of misunderstandings from their side, they said we can come around 1pm to check in. After arriving at the hotel, the staff didn’t care at all and said we can come back at 3pm and if we don’t arrive before midnight the reservation would be cancelled. This is not the worst yet.
Around 23:50 we arrive at the hotel to checkin upon which they tell us we cancelled the reservation. Which is completely false. So instead of a bigger room with 2 beds which we paid for, we get a room with 1 bed. On top of this they charge us 139$ instead of 104$ (the price we booked the room for on booking.com).
Upon entering the hotel room there is a terrible smell of pee. Absolutely disgusting. However, knowing the staff we decided to not even bother to tell them. They wouldn’t care at all. Opening the window was the best option.
