Negatives: That Booking.com let me book a room when apparently there were no rooms available.

Negatives: The location, the amenities, the price. It was not ideal at all but it worked.

Negatives: Upon check there was no one at the front desk. After waiting for sometime myself and another group of people’ were greeted by a woman that was apparently in the back office behind the front desk. During my stay I never received turn down service no fresh towels or sheets were changed. I purposely left my room when I noticed room service no less than 3 doors down on both sides of the hall and assumed they are obviously heading this way. I left for 4-5hrs and returned to the same state of the room and no clean towels. Once I checked out via the web portal I was then bill incidentals charge of $200. Again no one was at the front desk when I was trying to check out so I left. When I seen the final charges I returned to inquire why they was now $467 fee + an additional $200 pending. The young proceeded to say that I smoked something strong in the room and they were unable to release the room to other customers. I disputed the matter but was over it at that point because I understood the charge. My concern was why is an additional 200 of you already manually charged me. Instead of providing an answer she continue to laugh and smile in my face and redirect the conversation to smoking. No effort in answering my question just arguing her point of trying to be right. I asked for my final receipt and left. Honestly I could have stayed home since I live less than 3 miles away but to be dismissed and laughed at with no regard or attempt to be professional. To the point I reminded her while she was laughing that I’m doing my best to remain professional and your purposely laughing in my face as of my concerns or questions were irrelevant. Plus the high school kids that were up all night outside my room in the pool running up and down the filthy hallway carpets. Never again trust me .

Negatives: Hot tub not working

Negatives: We chose this hotel because they offered airport shuttle. We had to catch an 8:00 am flight and we couldn’t use the shuttle because they don’t offer it before 7 am. If your flight is before 10:30 am then you can’t really use the shuttle service. Breakfast should start at little earlier.
