Had to pay a fee when I got to hotel.cleaning staff didn’t come to clean our room or give us fresh linens.the room we were in was a non smoking room.it smelled like someone had been smoking in it Pryor to us and they used really bad air freshener to cover it up.when we checked in and out they never gave us any kind of paperwork.the room had a big stain on the ceiling from some kind of leak.
