Positives: Staff lied and said I checkout at 11:35. I told him I check out before 11am. I was charge $30. They are not honest. The lady didnt say anything about me checking out late when I return key. Totally dishonest.

Negatives: Be honest dont steal from your customers? If I check out late I be honest about it and confess that I check out late. Ive been at other hotels and ask for late checkout and if there will be a fee. The person did not mention to me there would be late check out fee when I gave her the room key because I check out before 11am.
