2 min walk to station that is 2 stops from DFW Airport
Big room
Negatives:
Arrived 50 minutes before 4pm checking- had to pay $28 early checkin fee, even though our room was ready. Haven’t experienced this at any other hotel in USA so close to checkin time.
While close to DFW, if you don’t have a car there is limited food options nearby.

Great size rooms and clean. A/C was nice and cold. Little Kitchen was stocked with all necessities.

The elevator doors slammed when closing. That's a maintenance issue. Construction was in progress during my stay. Just cosmetics to the exterior of the building. Not a major issue.

There were no wash cloths available at 9pm. There is no excuse to not have towels. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past 6 months and never have I been charged parking but was charged 10.00 for parking that was not disclosed when booking

Positives:
Having seen negative reviews I was hesitant about booking this hotel but now I'm glad I did. It was in a perfect location, close to DFW airport, right next to the Hidden Ridge orange line station with a frequent service to the centre of the city and a short drive to many shops and restaurants. The room itself was a good size and had everything we needed. Parking on site was free and the laundry facilities were also free. The hotel and room were spotless and showed no signs of any of the issues mentioned in other reviews.
Negatives:
Hard to find negatives but the noise from the refrigerator might keep light sleepers awake at night and we could hear the tv in the room next to us. Breakfast isn't provided so you need to either stock up or head out. There aren't shops or restaurants within a short walking distance but you could do what we did and catch the orange line train into the centre of Dallas and avail of the many options there.
