I loved my stay! I came for a concert and I was super impressed as soon as I walked in. The staff were friendly and the hotel had everything I needed and more. The CVS vending machine was a life saver. The room was clean and spacious, the shower was amazing (especially after the concert). They even had a little lavender oil roller for better sleep; that along with the comfortable bed made me sleep like a rock. It was within walking distance of the Toyota Pavilion and a row of restaurants.

The hotel is the perfect location if you are going to the Toyota Music Factory. A quick walk. Parking was great. Many good food and drink options available within walking distance as well.
Negatives:
I reserved through Booking.com thus the room was paid for upon arrival. I provided my card for the normal incidental hold. Instead, my card was charged for the room. Then, the card was also charged the incidental fee. I have a specific card I use for travel, and this wiped me out. The staff I contacted were very nice, but nothing could be done and the funds are on hold on my card until the release date. The point of sales machine did not indicate how much I was being charged, or I could have have stopped this problem beforehand. I was not advised how much I was being charged, so I assumed that it was for the incidental fee as the room was already paid. That took a 10 star stay to a 1 star stay sadly.

The facility was very clean. The location was perfect and ideal for convenience. Also, I love the staff very attentive and polite.
Negatives:
They don't have microwaves in the rooms, and the fridges are extremely small considering a family a four with 2 littles.
