Fair but rubbery. The overnight man was fabulous but the girl Tiffany in the evening was horrible.

Clean, modern, and not fussy. There’s was lots of storage. I also liked having, but did not use the kitchen.
Negatives:
I would have liked a restaurant on or adjacent to the property. A safe for valuables would have been nice if we were staying more than one night.

The night gentleman that was there at 5am tried hard to straighten out Tiffany’s messes.
Negatives:
Tiffany the person who checked me in messed up on signing me up for the shuttle so I had to call Uber and was charged 20 for a 5 ride that should have been free. She also didn’t ask if I was parking there so I had to move my car. She had a man and a group of people she was eating with in the lounge and took a few minutes to come to the desk and was covering her mouth chewing. She was clearly not interested in doing her job.

Room was a good size and clean.
Negatives:
The shuttle (one reason choosing it compared to some nearby - there are about 20 all in one area.) didn’t come after 50 mins and two calls! A waste of time and $20 for an Uber.
There is no food service so you need to use Uber eats or walk to somewhere nearby.

Positives:
There is not one specific thing that I’d consider excellent. The staff is amazing (from the reception to the shuttle drivers), it is easy to make your way in and out and it is very clean might I add. The complimentary breakfast was also great. They did serve a variety and it was to the liking to my family and mine. Also the shuttle bus was also great! Efficient and quick. There was really no hassle

In the handicap rooms, please have a mirror at the desk. It is difficult to stand for t j e mirror in the bathroom and at the long mirror there is nothing to put makeup or anything on. Also in the bathroom have a shelf to put itms on like shaver, tooth brush, etc. This is very typical of most hotels.
