Negatives:
Was not warned about the water, either they have hard water, or they don’t flush their water lines. The water in the shower was orange and had a horrible smell we even tried allowing the water to run for several minutes. It didn’t seem to help at all it continued to come out orange had a bad smell and all the towels were orange from the water. Also the enterance into the parking lot mostly broken making it difficult to get my car in and out because of the uneven entrance and how the ground is broken.
