too far from san antonio; otherwise excellent option.
Positives:
The hotel staff (which was just one guy) was very friendly and helpful when needed. The room itself was large and spacious.
Negatives:
The elevator was broken. The pull out bed was gross and probably had never been cleaned or changed. Took a whole day to get replaced.
Positives:
I like that it was a quick drive away to Pleasanton and to Poteet. Close to areas to go shopping. Beds were very comfortable. Well kept place for sure.
Negatives:
1. Manager sucked the day of. 2. Reservations were cancelled . ( I was told that no money would be pulled out. I would pay when I got to the hotel. Not true make sure you have all the money for the days your are staying because they will pull it out with out without telling you. I had cash for when we arrived. I had over draft charges to pay because they pulled money out with out telling me.) Someone should have been courteous and call before cancelling, because we traveled 6 hrs. Two groups of family. 3. Had to shower in yellow water. Gross. Never felt clean the whole time we where there. 4. 1 1/2 hr trying to fix our reservations because we had no where else to stay. It was during the Strawberry Festival so everything was booked if not I would have walked out and gone somewhere else.
