The price and location were the best things next to the friendly face that greeted me when I checked in.
Negatives:
The room floor was still visibly dirty. My TV Remote was behind the bed on the floor which probed me to check behind there and it was a MESS. Old clutter from a previous stay was there which made me check everywhere else. I work as a housekeeper so it’s somethings I tend to spot. I’m not trying to be harsh just a note.

I didn’t stay, once I got into the room there were roaches running around on the floor, behind the mirror and on the walls. I called to front desk to ask for a refund because I could not stay with my baby in a room full of roaches. I’m still waiting on my refund from booking.com and have had no response.

The bed was very comfortable. No bugs. The AC/heater worked perfectly. The water pressure/temp got very hot which was lovely for my Epsom salt soak. I didn’t have a drain but luckily with 24hr desk, I got one with 5 mins.
Negatives:
More breakfast options would be nice. Room 202 doorknob got stuck a lot so 1/2 the time the door wouldn’t close. I had to jiggle the handle several times to get it to pop the lock out, or get the lock to go in, in order to close it.

Supposedly breakfast was included and when I went no breakfast was available. Also the room must’ve not been cleaned properly otherwise they would’ve noticed the cobwebs and roaches . Also I told receptionist about the issues in my room and I was told I would not be charged a night and a month later they did not honor what I was told and am still being charged for both nights .
