Noise, broken things in room, plugs didn't work properly

The staff member was polite and courteous. The location of the hotel was convenient.

The Comforter had holes in it, The sheets had permanent spots on it. The door frames were filthy, The bathroom door was broke and would not shut and there was also small hole in wall in the bathroom. One out of the two hand towels had permanent stains .

The room was really clean and all the appliances worked.

The stuff at the window complained about how I left the room and it was stuff I have no control of. The only way to not upset the stuff is to not use the room at all.

They were available in an emergency and let us bring our dogs.

1) The listing said there would be a free breakfast each morning. The main office had a printed sign that said "closed for COVID restrictions". They did not wear masks inside or outside if the office. There are no restrictions.

Really rude , disrespectful , neglectful and extremely brave and not the good kind of brave either ! every single time Ive stayed its always them testing peoples patience , and then some! Stay #1: I locked them deadbold and I got locked in & they cant fix a door after being stuck inside cuz the deadbolt got jammed , they were about to break the door down cracked the ceiling , yet I opened it with a knife and it had ONE hairline scratch against the lock and then tries to force me to pay for it? Then forced me to leave the following morning by before checkout @ 10am !! Also they even put my belongings outside WITHOUT MY PERMISSION !! I was forced to wait outside in 104 degree weather cuz my husband was at work & then they wouldnt let me check into the room even tho my name was on the reservation as well & thanks to that my husband being on his 90-day probationary period at the job he was fired for having to leave to go and get me out the heat ! And go get us both checked into the hotel.
Stay #2 gave them the benefit of the doubt the managers wife tested my patience cuz their keycard machine didnt read my card at all so she had to manually unlock the door for me every time we both left some place and then called me a stupid stupid person to my face and walked off talking in a different language screaming like a child throwing a temper tantrum.
Stay #3 my cousin and brother both dropped off my husband at this raggedy hotel and paid for 2 days while I was hospitalized due to COVID & come to find out they only received payment for one day which was complete lies and they forced my husband who ended up getting hospitalized for heat exhaustion they think Im playing when I told them Im gonna file charges for their lies, and THEIR JOBS!!! My husband almost died because of them asking him to leave and then didnt let him leave cuz they wanted to get disrespectful towards him , and he gave them the same level of disrespect!

There was nails in the parking area from them remodeling. There was cricket in my room making noise all night so I slept off and on. It wasn't very clean. I only used the room one night but was charged for 2 nights. An I did return the key so they would know I was not staying but the one night. Never got any money refunded

The only reason we booked this hotel was for the pool and continental breakfast. The pool was closed and so was the office so no breakfast. My son was crushed and I was unhappy
