The water pressure in the shower was great. The breakfast was good on day one. The parking space was great. The room was clean, and the fridge was cold. The mattress was good. A/C worked well.
Negatives:
Breakfast on the second day was very late and many items were not available at the opening time, the waffle mix, the juice, milk, cereal, none of that was available on day 2 until after 7 am. On day one, obvious gang-bangers were hanging out in the area where I stayed (in the back) playing super annoying bass music. Also, there was a homeless person dancing around behind the fence next to the drainage ditch. I had to go out and buy ear plugs to deal with the music. There was a person with his pants basically down (showing his entire rear-end) sitting on the sidewalk the first afternoon when I went to my room to go in, which was very disconcerting. The pillows were really lumpy and made it nearly impossible to get to sleep. Room lighting was very dim. The door was missing the top lock and looked like it had bullet holes that had been painted over. The shower/toilet area was so tiny that the door opened on to your knees when sitting on the commode.

It is affordable and located near lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff was pleasant and the room was clean.
Negatives:
The pictures online make the hotel look nicer than it actually is. The pool was smaller than expected and has missing tiles and cracks. There was only basically a couple of sheets on the beds. I wish I would've brought a blanket. The bathroom is tiny. But it was clean, which is most important to me.
