Between Sunday, Dec 15th, 2024 at midnight and Monday, Dec 16th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, Dec 16th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 16, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: The service while there was the situation with the water coming out of the lamp- response time. No options for any arrangement due to the inconvenience or the page notifies that they are under remodeling

Positives: Mini kitchen with refrigerator and 2 cooking burners.

Negatives: Nice and clean room, but was infested with bed bugs. Hotel canceled our stay after notifying the front desk about the issue because there were no other rooms available. I would definitely recommend if the bed bugs weren't an issue.

Negatives: did not let us check in said that my Visa card was not a actual bank and wouldnt let me use it when chime is a actual back they kept stating that it was a prepaid service and refuse to let me use it plus I had already prepared on booking and theyre website did not state any of the restrictions
