NOTHING THIS IS A HORRIBLE HOTEL DUE TO MANAGEMENT RAUL
Negatives:
Raul the manager was sexually harassing me . He even discriminated against me when he found out I was transgender and when I confronted him about the issue he told me if I didn't like it I can leave. He said he didn't care about Americans or this country and swore we Americans are all lazy and expect everything to be given to us . Those statements came when I asked him for more towels. He stated that he didn't have extra towels for my kind meaning transgender. Nor did he car that my friend was in a wheelchair and needed a handicap shower . He said why can't he climb into a bath tub he can get on the toilet what is the difference. This experience was very uncalled for. We asked for booking.com to cancel our reservation and we left immediately. This was very uncalled for and un professional. Raul the onsite manager that lives there said he won't give extra towels and if I wanted a towel I had to turn in a towel and if it had a stain of any sort we wouldn't get a towel and we would be charged for it.
