Easy, friendly, check in. Very nice gentleman behind the counter. Reasonable price, but not as low as most Texas Inns. A little bit further from the highway than I thought so I was glad to see they had the sign out there. Everything was clean. When I asked for a late check out, although I did not need it, they were happy to provide it.
Negatives:
I just dont think you can have a beautiful, comfortable bed and only provide two pillows. For just a small investment, your guests could be so much more comfortable if they had two more. Other than that, I really wouldnt change a thing. I did not stick around to see if you had a breakfast, so I cannot come in on that. It was probably 10 or $15 more than your typical Texas inn. I left the cleaning crew $20 because I thought they did such a bang up job. I think they are the backbone of any motel operation.

We rented two rooms, the person who took care of us was very rude to us and charged us for two children we had and in the end said that the money would not be returned to us since we found cockroaches and we did not use the rooms.
