Water fountain in pool area did not work (probably has not worked for at least a year) and had rust all over it. Jaccuzi was luke warm at best. The timer did not shut off on its own.

Breakfast was lacking due to the front desk clerk having to also manage a full dining area/kitchen at the same time. With a full hotel there should have been adequate staffing to ensure that food was prepared and ready for guests. The room that we were in was very small for a King room...barely any room to walk around the bed!

We stayed there 2 nights and for some reason they couldnt make a key for us until night before we checked out. Also the internet was down the whole time we were there which was very aggravating. They refused to compensate us for the in convenience.

The staff was so kind and worked to get us an early check in so we could get to our job.

I was assigned a 3rd floor room, end of the hall & furthest room in the hotel from elevator/services. My room was booked 5-6 months in advance & asked for a more convenient room as am 76 with luggage. I was greeted in my room by 2 live crickets. The matress had not been rotated & sagged on side of bed. The little fridge did not have a tiny freezer compartment to keep my cooler bags frozen for using daily.

Not nearly as welcoming, helpful, lovely as the Best Western where I'll be staying from now on.
