Positives: I went to an air force graduation ceremony, so the location was very convenient. Was very clean and the people very nice.

Negatives: My bed lights weren't working. The room was a little bit too humid. One day after the shower the whole room floor was super slippery. The TV was only Roku and the wifi was not working on it. So there was nothing to watch. I didn't have a computer.

Positives: Super close to Lackland- easy access to the base. Clean and had coffee maker, fridge, and microwave in room. The staff is the star here, super helpful and friendly.

Negatives: Strong room smell of cleaner? But understandable as I visited in the heat of June and the rooms are stuffy with the air running 24/7.
