The best I can say is they moved me from horrible room to a bit less horrible room.
Negatives:
When I got there I was charged a $60 per deposit. Ive never been charged a pet deposit before. The room had a strong marijuana smell and the ac barely blew which isn't good in Texas in June. The next day I asked to be moved. This room was a little better and the ac worked. But I killed 5 roaches while I was there. Overall both rooms were not that clean. Burn holes in the bedspreads and sheets in both rooms. Did not feel safe leaving the room at night to walk the dog. People constantly in parking lot drinking and partying.
