The bathroom had a weird syrup smell that I could not get rid of even with Lysol. Also walls were very thin but the staff member was able to put me in a room next to only one other guest, so the sounds were not too bad

I had a late check-in, and they called me to confirm I missed the call and called back 4 minutes later they had given my room away.

The property was good, location was good and the room itself was clean, nice and comfortable.
Negatives:
Now the guy at the desk needs another job. He was VERY rude, my husband came to stay with me and he even said the same. Don’t think it’s professional for a front desk worker to say to their customers “what you want” or ask “why you ringing the bell” when you walk up to the front just to ask questions. If he was at the desk I wouldn’t have to ring the bell.
