My wife and I have booked room at the Hampton Inn in different locations. However, this Hampton was a real disappointment. The first room we were in smelled like mold and water leaking in bathroom. Moreover, we had no internet or cable TV. Need more room

Check in, elevators were broken, carried my luggage up a flight of stairs, no help. booked a King room, got a King handy cap. Room was dirty, bathroom had handy cap accessory on the bathroom floor. No ice bucket or internet. Worst ever! Full refund due

It was under construction and it was nasty dirty. The elevators were not working so we had to carry our luggage to the 3 floor.. There were cockroaches in the hallways and the AC/Heat Unit in the room was not working.

when we arrived they notified us there was no hot water and elevators were not working, their solution was to cancel without a charge. They made 4 charges to may account, even when we didn't stay. I am still under process with booking to get my money back, even when I have summited the information 2 times.

the Hampton inn charge me amount for cancellation even they confirmed they don't have water services in the hotel this is very disappointing for a customer , If a hotel can't guarante basics services why should I paid?

The reception clerk was very friendly. The hotel has a small snack bar where you can purchase some food and snacks. The room was very comfortable and good size.
Negatives:
There is not much nearby so I recommend having a car in case you want to go to a restaurant.
