Positives: Wifi was okay, it worked well. The room had a working fridge and a seemingly operational microwave machine. The beds seemed set up okay and the sheets appeared clean.

Negatives: The room had stains on the carpet. The bathroom rack was falling down. The bathroom was filled with mold. There was just dry cereal and bread for breakfast, nothing from the kitchen (waffle-maker, microwave, water dispenser) worked on the property. We had to actually go to a grocery store to buy some water bottles.
