The washer and dryer services are complimentary, the pool remained clean, and the ice machine was operational.
Negatives:
The air conditioning in the hallway was broken, leaving it hot and sweaty. The room air conditioning was also slow to cool even when maintained. A maintenance person said they would come back in 2 hours but never returned. There were several cracked tiles on the floor in the restroom that need to be replaced for safety reasons. The housekeeping is on contract, so they don't come daily. You have to request the items needed from the front desk and hope they are available.

Just need to updated and deep clean a touch better and spray for roaches. Wasn't horrible but just need to spray the entire hotel for them.

The furniture in the room was shabby and worn. The floor was not clean. There were no clean towels the second day. When we went to the front desk the staff person said we should have known we would not get clean towels. She indicated that rooms were only cleaned once a week. Really??
