Negatives: Where to start! Once I got the room key we grabbed our bags and went to our room. Upon entering it was hot and musty. I couldn't see the room yet because it was dark and had my hands full. Once the lights were turned on we were seeing the walls about to fall apart. Cracks through out the whole room, the bathroom door wouldn't shut, dead bugs all over the place. This want acceptable so we asked for a new room, second room was the floor above exact same room number. To our surprise this room was actually worse then the first one. The ceiling was caving in, walls cracked, ac wouldn't work, only thing that did work was the bathroom door. But the bathroom was caving in as well. No way we could stay in a room with no air so down we go again. This time they kept us on the first floor same exact room number. Floor was about 4-5 inches apart from the floorboards but the Ac worked and everyone was tired so we stayed. But the walls were paper thin you could hear everything .sunday morning we get up to have breakfast (main reason I picked this place)to our surprise breakfast was a no go.. They only had cereal and 1 waffle maker with a line of ppl to use it. We definitely will never stay here again! Someone definitely needs to work on this building. I don't know if an earthquake hit it hard or just lack of upkeep but it's not worth staying here. I even have video but it won't let me post of the ceiling falling.

Negatives: rowdy guests knocking and arguing in the early morning hours

Negatives: Not cared for properly. Although it’s outdated there is a lack of concern for excellence. Unclean - uncalled for. Lack of concern for providing the best that they can with what they have -light hanging from the ceiling not repaired. Carpet very dirty.

Negatives: The building looks abandoned. The property is very old and not kept well. The hotel for one night stay was $130 and they then charged me an additional $100 deposit. Walls had cracks, it smelt like old cigarettes, the elevator seemed as though it’s on its last leg, the breakfast was not good, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom was disgusting, the door to the room would not close and we noticed the door was missing the door jam when we went to the front desk they said none of the doors had door jams. Overall save your money the property looks nothing like the pictures at all.

Negatives: I didn't like what the outside looked like. To be honest it look rundown. I was very upset that online it states there is a indoor swimming pool and there it's I have kids and that was my main focus point. There was numerous drug users waking property which made me feel uncomfortable leaving my car outside. And the breakfast was horrible, we had to ask for fresh eggs and the fruit was rotten. We did not eat we went to IHOP instead.

Negatives: the crazy weather lol...I'll stay again

Negatives: Very dirty and out of date and had the nerve to charge a $100 security deposit

Negatives: Extremely UNSANITARY conditions in the entire room and restroom, starting with the carpet- it was filthy and dusty. The towels were old and thin. There bugs everywhere, in the beds, in the ceiling and the windows. The pool wasnt working either.
