The staff member was great; she helped me find a room on the first floor and find a restaurant for supper. She has a great personality and was very friendly and attentive to my needs.
Negatives:
I requested a room on the first floor since I'm a wounded veteran and have problems walking long distances. The room I got was on the first floor, but it was next to a room that was being worked on with a plastic sheet across where the door would be, and a generator was humming all night - very annoying, and the smell wasn't good in the hallway.

It is clearly age discrimination not to allow a 19 (clearly an adult, who is of age and responsible for their actions) not to be able to check in for a place to stay when out of town! Put us in a terrible situation thinking
I had a place booked for my daughter to stay when out of state to find she was not accepted. Set stressful to say the least. But found another location that allowed… very disappointed in Marriott to say the least!!!!
