Negatives: We rented a room with a jacuzzi in it and it didn't work at all. This is the 2nd time we have stayed there and this has happened to us. It's been several years since we stayed there, so I decided to give them another chance. This will be the last time!

Positives: The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The room and hotel in general was clean and comfortable.
Negatives: There were 2 places in the bathroom that needed to be cosmetically repaired. I wish there were usb port plugs.

Positives: This past weekend I booked a room for me and my boyfriend and we were disappointed when trying to take a shower the water power was not there and when it came on it got everywhere, we requested for a spa bath didn’t get that, there was a conference going on so the quiet get away wasn’t so quiet
