Negatives: We rented a room with a jacuzzi in it and it didn't work at all. This is the 2nd time we have stayed there and this has happened to us. It's been several years since we stayed there, so I decided to give them another chance. This will be the last time!

Positives: Staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean in all areas, including the outside parking and pet area. The hotel is pet friendly without a pet fee. We were very pleased with the hotel.

Negatives: We did not eat breakfast in the hotel as it seemed a bit pricey. I cannot attest to the quality but for the price it should be a very good breakfast.

Positives: Large and very comfortable and well equipped King Bed room with option to bring our pet dog. Included quite good breakfast buffet with plenty of options to choose from

Positives: The staff was phenomenal I absolutely loved everyone we had the pleasure of speaking to

Negatives: The rooms were very outdated and not what was pictured. The AC didn’t work so the room was very stuffy. The shower door wouldn’t close properly and it would constantly pop open so we had to use half of our towels to dry the floor. One side of the jacuzzi’s jets didn’t work and we paid extra for the jacuzzi. If we were staying for more than one night we would have asked for a room change. The walls were also extremely thin and we could hear the bell from the elevator through our closed door on the opposite side of the room. It made for a very restless night.
